By MarketWatch LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Greece hasn't yet completed the terms of its bailout agreement, European Central Bank Governing Council Member Ewald Nowotny told Austrian daily Kronen Zeitung in an interview published Friday, news reports said. The completion of the nation's 50 billion euro ($71.6 billion) privatization effort, is the "most sensitive point" of the rescue package, he said. The comments come amid mounting speculation Greece may seek additional aid and consider restructuring its debt.
