BLBG: New Zealand Dollar Advances to Three-Year High on Optimism China Will Buy
The New Zealand dollar rose to a three-year high on speculation China will buy the nation’s assets to diversify its foreign-exchange reserves.
The so-called kiwi climbed 0.5 percent to 81.58 U.S. cents as of 11:54 a.m. in Sydney from yesterday in New York, after rising to 81.59 cents, the highest since March 2008.
