NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. Treasury prices were mostly unchanged on Thursday morning, after the government reported that weekly jobless claims rose but the trade deficit improved. The 10-year U.S. Treasury 10_YEAR -0.61% yielding 2.95% in morning trade, versus a Wednesday close at 2.93%.
