Company's drill crew penetrated the primary formation, which resulted in promising oil showings. It is currently running the intermediate casing string and plans to commence the horizontal drilling program immediately. As previously reported on April 11, 2011, this well is one of two initial wells the company plans to drill at New Miami, out of a total of 17 potential drilling targets. The two wells have already been permitted and the company considers them to be low risk as they are offset from two previous vertical wells, which have determined the presence of a shallow oil accumulation in the area.
