LOS ANGELES (MarketWatch) -- Gold futures lost ground in Asian trade Thursday, giving back a bit of its gains from the U.S. session. Gold for August delivery slipped 0.1%, or $1.70, $1,508.70 in electronic trade on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange.
