BLBG: Crude Oil Futures Fluctuate in New York, Rebounding From Earlier Decline
Crude oil fluctuated in New York after gaining as much as 0.9 percent and declining as much as 1 percent. Crude for August delivery rose 6 cents to $96.95 a barrel at 11:25 a.m. on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
