BA:Albanian Lek Strengthens Versus Euro, Weakens Against U.S Dollar
The Albanian currency reached this week its highest level versus the Euro since March 15 this year, daily Shqip reports.
One Euro bought 141.08 Leks on Monday, according to the official exchange rate from Albania’s Central Bank. The single European currency has lost about 1.4% since the beginning of June when it traded at about 143 Leks. Meanwhile, the dollar has gained ground versus the Lek this week trading at 99.15 Leks.
