BLBG: Initial Jobless Claims in U.S. Fell 22,000 Last Week to 405,000
Crude oil fluctuated in New York after an earlier advance of 0.8 percent. Crude for August delivery rose 8 cents to $98.13 a barrel at 10:40 a.m. on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
