CHICAGO (MarketWatch) -- The stock markets fell even further Monday on concerns over European and U.S, debt levels. The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA -1.17% was off 171 points, or 1.4%, at 12,309 in midday action while the Nasdaq COMP -1.38% fell 41 points, or 1.6%, to 2,746.
