South African oil companies and labor unions signed a wage agreement that ends an 18-day strike over pay, Solidarity Deputy General Secretary Dirk Hermann said.
Oil companies will increase entry-level pay by 10 percent while other salaries will rise 8.5 percent, Hermann said by phone today.
