KUWAIT, Aug 3 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti crude oil dropped USD 2.72 to reach USD 109.42 per barrel (pb) on Tuesday, compared to USD 112.14 per barrel on the day before, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Wednesday.
The decrease of oil price was due to the stability of the US dollar against major currencies.
This stability was a result of investors holding back on taking risks in the exchange market because of data and fears related to the future of the world's biggest economy.(end) mam.ysa.nfm KUNA 031119 Aug 11NNNN
