NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock futures rose further on Monday after economic data showed Americans earning and spending more in July. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJ1U +0.82% rose 109 points to 11,388. Those for the Standard & Poor's 500 Index SP1U +1.09% added 13 points to 1,189. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 ND1U +0.88% climbed 22.75 points to 2,186.75.
