BLBG:Franc Plunges Against Dollar, Euro as SNB Vows to Defend Currency Target
The Swiss franc extended declines versus the dollar and euro after the Swiss National Bank set a minimum exchange rate of 1.20 francs per euro.
The currency plunged 6.9 percent to 1.18672, as of 9:05 a.m. in London. It dropped 6.1 percent to 83.50 centimes per dollar.
