BLBG:Bharat Petroleum Said to Seek Low-Sulfur Crude for November
Bharat Petroleum Corp., India’s second-largest state-run oil refiner, is seeking to buy low- sulfur crude for loading in the first half of November, according to tender documents obtained by Bloomberg News.
Last month, the company canceled a tender for first half of October loading crudes because of high offers, said two traders who participate in the market.
Details of the Mumbai-based refiner’s requirements are:
