SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Natural-gas futures on Thursday added to losses after a weekly government supply report showed an inventories increase on the higher end of estimates. Natural gas for October delivery NG11V -2.45% declined 11 cents, or 2.8%, $3.93 per million British thermal units. The Energy Information Administration reported a net injection into natural gas storage of 87 billion cubic feet. Analysts polled by Platts expected between 81 bcf and 85 bcf for the week ending Sept. 9.
