RTRS:Kenyan shilling firms after c.bank sells dollars
NAIROBI, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Kenyan shilling pared its losses from an all-time low against the dollar on Wednesday after central bank sold an unspecified amount of dollars, traders said.
At 1025 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 95.80/96.50 against the dollar stronger than the 96.80/97.00 it was before central bank started selling. The shilling had hit a record low of 97.20 earlier. (Reporting by Kevin Mwanza; Editing by James Macharia)
