BLBG:Kenya Petroleum Said to Buy 600,000 Barrels of Murban Crude Oil
Kenya Petroleum Refineries Ltd., operator of the country’s only oil-processing plant, bought a cargo of Abu Dhabi’s Murban crude from Gulf Energy Ltd. for delivery in November, said two traders who participate in the market, declining to be identified because the information is confidential. Total SA supplied the cargo to Gulf Energy, according to the people.
Details of the refiner’s purchase are as follows:

Quantity: 600,000 barrels
Delivery: November
Seller: Gulf Energy
Price: Premium of about 55 cents a barrel to the official
selling price including the cost of freight.
