BLBG:Politically-Influenced Euro Won’t Survive, Rogers Tells Boersen
The euro is unlikely to survive debt and economic crises and may not exist in 10 years because it is increasingly being influenced by politicians, investor Jim Rogers said in an interview with Germany’s Boersen-Zeitung.
The euro offers much-needed competition to the U.S. dollar, which may need to be replaced as a global reserve currency in 20 years, Boersen-Zeitung cited the chairman of Rogers Holdings as saying.
