MW: Payrolls data, U.K. bank downgrades in focus

The U.S. added 103,000 nonfarm jobs in September, according to data from the Labor Department. Economists polled by MarketWatch had expected an increase of 59,000. Revisions to the past two months added 99,000 workers to payrolls.
