BLBG:Oil Rises as Much as 0.7% in New York Before Report on U.S. Retail Sales
Oil rose as much as 58 cents in New York to $84.81 a barrel, reversing earlier losses before a report that may show that retail sales in the U.S. climbed in September from the previous month.
