By Steve Gelsi NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Energy stocks mixed in early action on Tuesday. The NYSE Arca Oil Index XX:XOI +0.34% rose less than 0.1%. The NYSE Arca Natural Gas Index XX:XNG +0.07% dipped 0.4%. The Philadelphia Oil Service Index OSX -3.77% rose 0.6%.
