WSJ:China Yuan Up Late On PBOC Guidance, Weaker Dollar
SHANGHAI (Dow Jones)--China's yuan rose slightly against the U.S. dollar late Wednesday after the central bank set a lower dollar/yuan reference exchange rate on the back of a weaker dollar overseas.
On the over-the-counter market, the dollar was at CNY6.3775 around 0830 GMT, down from CNY6.3813 late Tuesday. It traded between CNY6.3750 and CNY6.3855.
