RTRS: Brazil's real gains more than 1 pct vs U.S. dollar |

Oct 28 (Reuters) - Brazil's currency, the real , strengthened more than 1 percent against the U.S. dollar in local spot-market trading on Friday.
At 12:32 p.m. (1432 GMT) the real had firmed 1.10 percent to a bid price of 1.6900 to the dollar. |
