OG:World Oil Prices Decline on Slow Chinese Business
The price of oil on world commodity exchanges was falling Tuesday morning as business activity and industrial production in China slowed.
The price of a December futures contract for WTI light sweet crude in electronic trading on Nymex was down 86 cents to $92.33 a barrel by 8:05 Moscow time. The price of a December futures contract for North Sea Brent blend was off 75 cents to $108.81 in London.
The day before, December WTI contracts fell 13 cents to $93.19 a barrel, while December Brent contracts declined 35 cents to $109.56.
