BLBG:Dollar Falls on Speculation Fed to Keep Easing Policy to Support Recovery
The dollar weakened against most of its 16 major counterparts before Federal Reserve Bank of New York President William Dudley speaks today amid speculation the U.S. recovery isn’t fast enough to discourage further monetary easing. The dollar fell 0.3 percent to $1.3508 per euro as of 2:25 p.m. in Tokyo from yesterday’s close in New York. The U.S. currency was little changed from yesterday at 77.01 yen.
