RTTN: Dollar Mixed Ahead Of Jobless Claims And Housing Starts Data
(RTTNews) - At 8:30 am ET Thursday, the U.S. housing starts and building permits for October and the weekly jobless claims for the week ended November 12 are slated for release. Ahead of these reports, the dollar showed mixed trading against other major currencies.
While the dollar eased against the franc and the pound, it showed choppy trading versus the yen and the euro.
At 8:23 am ET, the dollar traded at 1.3485 against the euro, 76.98 against the yen, 1.5773 against the pound and 0.9190 against the franc.
