(RTTNews) - The US dollar erased some of its late Asian session gains against the major currencies of Europe at the beginning of Thursday's European trading.
The greenback is currently quoted at 1.35 against the euro and 0.9090 against the Swiss franc, down from previous highs of 1.3419 and 0.9153, respectively.
Against the pound, the dollar reached a low of 1.5730 by 5:00 am ET and this was down from a high of 1.5639 hit around 3:30 am ET.
