(RTTNews) - The British currency that edged lower at the beginning of Monday's European trading staged a rebound shortly thereafter. The pound is presently trading at 121.68 against the yen and 1.5631 against the dollar, up from previous lows of 120.75 and 1.5540, respectively. The sterling that slipped to 1.4426 against the Swiss franc bounced back and reached a 4-day high of 1.4537 around 6:25 am ET. The pound touched 0.8487 against the euro around 6:25 am ET, the highest level since March 3.
