EE:Euro dollar exchange rate climbs off an eleven month low despite fresh comments from the German Chancellor

The euro pound exchange rate is 0.34% lower at 0.8390.
The euro has today managed to break higher off an eleven month low against the US dollar, that said, the euro dollar rate could still threaten a return to the $1.20s.
