KUWAIT, Dec 19 (KUNA) -- The exchange rate of the US dollar against the Kuwaiti dinar stabilized at KD 0.278, and the Euro decreased to KD 0.361 against the Kuwaiti dinar on Monday, said the daily bulletin of the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK).
