BLBG:Sistema’s Indian Unit Receives 12.8 Billion Rupee Loan
Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd., an Indian unit of Russian billionaire Vladimir Yevtushenkov’s AFK Sistema (AFKS), received a 12.8 billion rupee ($247 million) loan organized by Deutsche Bank AG. (DBK)
The loan was provided in the form of nonconvertible bonds and is for eight years, Moscow-based Sistema said in an e-mailed statement today. It didn’t disclose the interest rate.
