KUWAIT, Jan 23 (KUNA) -- Exchange rate of the US dollar against the Kuwaiti dinar was stable at KD 0.278, the euro rate also stabalized at KD 0.359 compared to Sunday's rates, said the daily bulletin of the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) on Monday.
