KUWAIT, Feb 21 (KUNA) -- Exchange rate of the US dollar against the Kuwaiti dinar was again unchanged at KD 0.277, while the euro increased at KD 0.368, said the daily bulletin of the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) on Tuesday.
