NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Losses in crude oil futures mounted on Friday, with prices falling below $99 per barrel for the first time since February. In recent trades, West Texas Intermediate crude oil for June delivery fell $4.14, or 4.1%, to $98.40 per barrel. Futures for Brent Crude fell 3.4% to $112.08 a barrel. Last February, WTI futures fell to near $96 a barrel, the lowest level in the past year.
