WSJ:Key US Dollar, Sterling Libor Unchanged; Euro Rate Falls
LONDON (Dow Jones)--The cost of borrowing dollars and sterling for three months in the London interbank market was unchanged Thursday from Wednesday, while the euro rate fell.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, or Libor, was 0.46685%. Sterling borrowing costs for three months were 1.00750%, while the euro slipped to 0.61250% from 0.61264%.
The spread between the three-month dollar Libor and overnight index swaps, a barometer of market stress, narrowed to 30.5 basis points from 30.8 basis points.
