(RTTNews) - Eurostat is scheduled to release the eurozone producer price report for April at 5:00 am ET. Producer price inflation is seen easing to 2.7 percent from 3.3 percent in March.
The euro moved mostly sideways against its major counterparts ahead of the report. As of 4:55 am ET, the common currency was trading at 1.2425 against the dollar, 96.95 against the yen, 0.8085 against the pound and 1.2010 against the Swiss franc.
