MW:U.S. stock futures extend losses after jobs data

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock futures extended losses on Friday after data showed that the economy added 80,000 jobs in June, fewer than economists expected, and the unemployment rate remained unchanged at 8.2%. Down 27 points before the data, futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJU2 -0.05% were recently down 60 points to 12,772. Futures on the S&P 500 index SPU2 -0.32% fell 8.50 points to 1,352.90 and Nasdaq 100 futures NDU2 -0.12% declined 15 points to 2,627.5.
