ET:Crude palm oil futures down on subdued spot demand
NEW DELHI: Crude palm oil prices traded lower by 0.11 per cent to Rs 554.30 per 10 kg in futures trade today owing to subdued demand in the spot market against adequate stocks position.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude palm oil for delivery in August traded marginally down by 60 paise, or 0.11 per cent, to Rs 554.30 per 10 kg, with a business turnover of 66 lots.
Similarly, the oil for delivery in September shed 10 paise, or 0.02 per cent, to Rs 558.90 per 10 kg, with a business turnover of 347 lots.
