FRANKFURT (MarketWatch) -- The European Central Bank on Thursday left its key lending rate unchanged at 0.75% and the rate on its deposit facility at 0%. Attention now turns to ECB President Mario Draghi's monthly news conference at 8:30 a.m. Eastern, where he is expected to provide more details of a new bond-buying plan.
