NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock futures erased gains on Friday after the government reported that nonfarm payrolls rose by 96,000, lower than the 125,000 gain expected by economists. Up 45 points before the data, futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJU2 +0.20% were recently flat at 13,275. S&P 500 index futures SPU2 +0.36% gained 1.6 points to 1,432.6, while Nasdaq 100 futures NDU2 +0.13% slipped 1.75 points to 2,823.7.
