WSJ:Key Dollar, Euro Borrowing Rates Steady; Sterling Rate Falls

LONDON--The cost of borrowing dollars or euros for three months in the London interbank market was unchanged Tuesday, while the sterling rate declined.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor, was unchanged from Monday at 0.31175%.
The spread between the three-month dollar Libor and overnight index swaps, a barometer of market stress, widened to 16.1 basis points from 16.0 basis points Monday.
The sterling rate slid to 0.52688% from 0.52750%, while the euro rate was flat at 0.13071%.
