WSJ:Key Dollar Borrowing Rate Steady; Sterling, Euro Rates Fall

The cost of borrowing dollars for three months in the London interbank market was unchanged Thursday, while the corresponding sterling and euro rates declined.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor, was unchanged from Wednesday at 0.31000%.
The spread between the three-month dollar Libor and overnight index swaps, a barometer of market stress, widened to 16.3 basis points from 15.8 basis points Wednesday.
The sterling rate fell to 0.52563% from 0.52688%, while the euro rate eased to 0.12857% from 0.13071%.
