WSJ:Key Dollar, Sterling, Euro Borrowing Rates Steady

The cost of borrowing dollars, euros or sterling for three months in the London interbank market was unchanged Wednesday.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor, remained 0.31050%, same as Tuesday.
The spread between the three-month dollar Libor and overnight index swaps, a barometer of market stress, widened to 16.7 basis points from 16.4 basis points Tuesday.
The sterling and euro rates were flat at 0.52188% and 0.12714% respectively.
