RTTN:Pound Mixed Following U.K. Mortgage Approvals, Money Supply
Amid the release of U.K. mortgage approvals and money supply reports for December at 4:30 am ET Wednesday, the pound showed mixed trading against other major currencies. While the pound changed little against the dollar and the euro, it rose against the yen and the franc.
The pound is now worth 1.5746 against the greenback, 143.88 against the yen, 0.8589 against the euro and 1.4500 against the franc.
