MY: Crude oil price for Indian basket rises 0.6% on Feb. 07
The international crude oil price for Indian basket went up 0.59% to USD 113.94/barrel (bbl) on Feb. 07, 2013. This was higher than the price of USD 113.27/bbl prevailing on the previous trading day of Feb. 06, 2013.
In rupee terms also, the crude oil price of Indian Basket increased to Rs 6,054.77 /bbl on Feb. 07, 2013 as compared to Rs 6,013.50 /bbl on Feb. 06, 2013.
This was due to price increase in dollar terms. Rupee dollar-exchange rate on Feb. 07, 2013 was Rs 53.14/USD against Rs 53.09/USD on previous trading day of Feb. 06, 2013.
