RTTN:Pound Drops To 4-day Lows Against Euro, Dollar, Swiss Franc
The pound edged lower against most of its major opponents in early deals on Monday.
The pound fell to 4-day lows of 0.8541 against the euro and 1.4396 against the Swiss franc around 6:55 am ET. Against the dollar, the British sterling reached below the key 1.57 level after a gap of 4-days, falling as low as 1.5680 around 7:00 am ET.
On the downside, the pound may find target levels at 0.8575 against the European shared currency, 1.4370 versus the Switzerland unit and 1.5660 against the US dollar.
