WSJ:Key Dollar And Sterling Borrowing Rates Unchanged, Euro Rate Rises

The cost of borrowing dollars and sterling for three months in the London interbank market remained unchanged Monday while the cost of borrowing euros edged higher.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor, was 0.28010%, the same level as Friday, while the sterling rate was unmoved at 0.50688%.
The spread between the three-month dollar Libor and overnight index swaps, a barometer of market stress, edged higher to 14.31 basis points from 13.9 basis points Friday.
The euro rate rose to 0.12857% against 0.12714% Friday.
