NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock-index futures were 0.2% higher Tuesday after the government reported orders for durable goods rose 5.7% in Ferbruary. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 21 points to 14,407. Those for the S&P 500 rose gained 2.6 points to 1,549.50. Nasdaq 100 futures added 5.5 points to 2,789.75.
