At 9:15 am ET Friday, U.S. industrial production data for May is expected. The dollar showed mixed performance against other major currencies before the data. While the dollar ticked up against the yen, it held steady against the rest of major currencies.
At 9:10 am ET, the greenback was worth 1.3316 against the euro, 95.25 against the yen, 1.5646 against the pound and 0.9251 against the franc.
