MY: Global crude oil price of Indian basket rises 1.14%
The international crude oil price went up 1.14% to USD 100.50/per barrel (bbl) on June 27, 2013. This was higher than the price of USD 99.37/bbl prevailing on the previous trading day of June 26, 2013.
The crude oil price in rupee terms also recorded increased 2.39% reaching Rs 6,089.30/bbl on June 27, 2013 as compared to Rs 5,947.29/bbl on June 26, 2013. This was due to increase price in dollar terms and further rupee depreciation.
Rupee-dollar exchange rates on June 27, 2013 were Rs 59.85/USD against Rs 59.85/ regarded sharp USD on previous trading day of June 26, 2013.
